Ok, My Bears are coming out of thier Bye week this weekend, and facing the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday..Hopefully this will be an easy win, but I have learned not to say that too much, since they barely squeeked by the Cardinals 2 weeks ago!

Direct Tv

My hubby and I finally got Direct Tv installed, but the whole process taught me just how much customer satisfaction is missing in this country. We were supposed to get hooked-up on a Tuesday, well the installers showed up several hours late, then proceeded to lie about having permission to put the dish on the roof. We live in an apartment, and the manager made it clear to us that the dish had to be on the roof and out of sight. Well, according to these young men, the manager told them only top floor apartments were allowed to have dishes on the roof! So basically they said..sorry you're out of luck..and left. We quickly went to the office and discussed this situation with the manager...and she was noticeably upset. She swore that they lied, and that she told them no such thing, and that they were late, and in a hurry and didn't want to do it, so they lied so they could leave. We were shocked that people would actually do this! I called the lovely 1-800 number for Direct and made a formal complaint about the men...then had to reschedule the hook up for the next. Those men were awesome! It just makes me a little miffed that the treatment of paying customers seems to be going downhill in society these days. 
All in all...it got installed and we are happy now. I am also getting addicted to VH1 classics. LOL...
